We are now looking for several new project managers for our team in Ludvika/Borlänge!

IKG is a technical consulting company that works with product development companies across various industries. About the position:

We are looking for project managers for our client in Ludvika. The client is a global leader in energy technology striving to create a sustainable energy future. Here you will have the opportunity to work with engaged colleagues and participate in projects that truly make a difference for society.

Required skills and experience:

• Civil or university engineer or several years of work experience in a relevant field
• Experience in creating and managing project plans and budgets
• Experience from various leadership roles, with the ability to lead and motivate teams
• Very good communication and collaboration skills
• Solution-oriented and skilled at prioritizing and delegating tasks
• Experience with various business systems for planning and administration
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Meritorious:

• Drive and interest in developing work processes within project management and product development
• Knowledge of various CAD programs such as Catia or Creo
• Knowledge and experience in agile methods

Personal qualities:

• Enjoy working in a team but also have the ability to drive your work forward individually
• Organized and structured in your work
• Take responsibility for the project's success and for the team's work
• Enjoy spreading joy and positivity in the workplace
